Participants who are prevented by official orders caused by the corona pandemic from taking part in a booked trip in 2022 or if the event cannot take place at the destination due to official restrictions, e.g. in the event of a pandemic, can cancel at any time free of charge. Therefore write a short mail to the address info@host-events.de.

If the booked trip is canceled for any other reason, this can be done free of charge up to and including 28 days before the start of the event. For hotel packages including start number the general terms and conditions of the organizer apply. For this, already outside the 28 days cancellation fees of the participation place may apply. Thereafter, for all cancellations up to 72 hours before arrival, regardless of the reason, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking price will apply. For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
